From the living room you step out to the main terrace with a seating area, and a staircase leads down to a lower al fresco terrace with a plunge pool. It's a particularly nice spot in the evenings with candles. A small garden wraps around the house.\n\nBack in the hallway, the indoor staircase is lit by a large window. Downstairs are two good-sized bedrooms sharing a bathroom, one of them with its own entrance out to the garden.\n\nThe property also has a large garage and a sizeable storage room, with two official parking spaces.\n\nThis is a family home with good qualities, partially renovated.
