How to Use This Course

There’s no pressure to “master” everything immediately—progress is the goal, not perfection.

2. Follow the Lesson Flow

Vocabulary: Start by learning the most important words and phrases for the topic. Listen to them and repeat several times.
Grammar: Explore one simple grammar concept per lesson, explained clearly and applied in context.
Dialogues: Practice realistic conversations that use the vocabulary and grammar. You’ll hear how Spanish sounds in everyday life and start forming sentences naturally.
Exercises: Reinforce what you’ve learned through interactive tasks like matching, completing sentences, and role-playing.
Flippity Flashcards: Strengthen your memory and recall with interactive digital flashcards that include pronunciation support.
Suggestopedic Listening: Play slow guitar recording in the background. Relax and absorb new words and phrases with ease. Play the recording for some 30 minutes and follow the instructions in every lesson.
Cultural Notes: Discover interesting facts about Spanish-speaking countries, helping you connect with the language on a deeper level.
In every lesson you will find at the beginning 2 QR codes: the green one contains 3 audio files (words, dialogs and listening) and the red one the link to the Flippity flash cards.

3. Engage All Your Senses

Use the audio recordings included in this course to listen to the dialogues and vocabulary. Replay them as often as you need, focusing on the rhythm and pronunciation.
Visualize the scenarios in the dialogues—imagine yourself ordering food or making friends in Spain.
Read the lessons aloud and mimic the intonation of native speakers. Don’t worry about sounding perfect; the goal is communication!

4. Incorporate Music

Suggestopedia uses music as a learning tool. Play relaxing background music while studying. This will help you focus and create a calming atmosphere. (Please see the recommendations at the end of this introduction)

5. Practice Daily

Spend 20–30 minutes on each lesson. Consistent, short sessions are more effective than long, infrequent ones.
Revisit previous lessons periodically to reinforce what you’ve learned.
