2,900 m² Plot in Coín

Fabulous idealic country location! A lovely flat plot of land with a ruin on it currently used as a stable, built in 1960. Down by the river behind La Trocha in La Carreta. 5 mins drive to town with good access. The property would be ideal for horses. It is registered as a vivienda of 32m2. So we believe subject to lawyers approval this can be reformed into a small dwelling. (without the need of AFO since the building was built prior to 1975) but nothing more can be built here.
