1Scope
These terms apply to your use of the Gala Estates website (www.galaestates.es) and of the services we offer through it: the property search, the public search API (/api/search and /api/property), the information for AI agents (/llms.txt) and our connectors for AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude (the MCP server at /mcp). By using any of these services you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the services. Questions: info@galaestates.es.
2Our Services
Gala Estates is a property consultancy on the Costa del Sol. The website and its tools help you find properties for sale and rent and get in touch with our agents. Using them is free of charge. Nothing on the website is a binding offer or contract: any brokerage, rental or purchase service is agreed separately and in writing with you, and only that agreement governs it.
3Property Information
Listing details are provided by owners, developers and partner agencies and are updated regularly, usually daily. We present them carefully but cannot guarantee that they are complete, accurate or current. Prices are in euros and do not include taxes, notary, registry or other purchase costs unless stated. Photos and plans may be illustrative. A property may already be reserved, sold or let. An agent always confirms availability, price and details before any viewing or transaction.
4AI Assistants and Automated Access
You may use our public search API and MCP server, directly or through an AI assistant, to search properties for yourself or for clients you advise. Answers written by an AI assistant are generated by its provider, not by us: they may summarise, translate or present our data incorrectly, so the information on our website and the confirmation of our agents prevail. When you ask an assistant to contact us, we only receive your name, contact details and requirements after you have explicitly agreed to share them; our privacy policy applies to them. Your use of the assistant itself is governed by its provider's terms. Please do not overload the services (we may limit or block excessive requests) and do not use them to copy, republish or resell our listings, texts or photos in bulk.
5Property Introductions
Many properties are offered to us under agreements with owners, developers and partner agencies, which is why we do not publish their names. A property we present to you, on the website, through an AI assistant or by an agent, counts as introduced by Gala Estates. If you are already in contact with another agent or the seller about the same property, please tell us at once. Any commission is agreed with you in writing before it becomes payable.
6Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the website or its tools unlawfully; to submit false, misleading or third-party personal data without permission; to attempt to access non-public areas, admin functions or other users' data; to interfere with the security or availability of the services; or to circumvent technical limits such as rate limits.
7Intellectual Property
The texts, photos, design, logo and brand of the website belong to Gala Estates or to the owners and partners who licensed them to us. You may view and share individual listings for personal or advisory use, for example by link or in an AI conversation. Any other reproduction, especially of photos, requires our prior written permission.
8Third-Party Services
The website links to and works with services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, AI assistants and the websites of partners. We are not responsible for their content or availability; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
9Liability
We provide the website and its tools as they are and may change, interrupt or discontinue them at any time. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based solely on information from the website or an AI assistant without confirmation from our agents, nor for indirect damage or lost profits. Your mandatory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
10Privacy
How we process personal data, including contact requests sent through AI assistants, is explained in our privacy policy at www.galaestates.es/en/privacy/.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence. For business users, the courts of Málaga (Spain) have jurisdiction. If the terms differ between language versions, the Spanish version prevails, except where this would deprive a consumer of mandatory protection.
12Changes and Contact
